This agreement entered into by and between, Operative Plasterers' and Cement Masons' Local Union 109 hereinafter referred to as the Union, and the Plastering Contractors Association or other employer signatory hereto, referred to hereinafter as the Employer, and shall become effective June 1, 2022, and remain in full force and effect until May 31, 2026. This Agreement may be terminated sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date by notice in writing by either party to the adverse party. This Agreement is made for the purpose of preventing strikes, and lockouts and to bring about peaceful adjustment of any disputes, which may arise from time to time between the Party of the First Part and the Party of the Second Part during this term of Agreement. This Agreement shall cover all building construction.
