This Credit Agreement, dated as of August 16, 2019 (this “Agreement”), is among NIKE, INC. (the “Company”), certain Subsidiaries of the Company from time to time party hereto pursuant to Section 2.9 (each a “Designated Borrower” and, together with the Company, the “Borrowers” and, each a “Borrower”), the Banks and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, CITIBANK, N.A., as Syndication Agent, and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., HSBC Bank USA, National Association, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Co-Documentation Agents.
