This Agreement is made and entered into this 28th day of May, 2019, by and among the City of Hartford, CT (the “Plan Sponsor”) and Voya Retirement Insurance and Annuity Company (“VRIAC”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Connecticut and Voya Financial Partners, LLC a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware and registered as a broker-dealer under the federal securities laws (the “Broker- Dealer”). VRIAC and the Broker-Dealer are hereinafter collectively called the “Contractor”. This Agreement governs the services the Contractor will provide to the City of Hartford Deferred Compensation Plan (the “457(b) Plan”), the Hartford Public Schools 403(b) Retirement Plan (the “403(b) Plan”), and unless specified otherwise, will collectively be referred to herein as the “Plan”.
