You authorize Utiliz or its affiliates to act as your special agent with the power to enroll you for service with one or more electricity supplier, natural gas supplier, and/or community solar supplier at any time that Utiliz or its affiliates find a Supplier offer or additional services that it believes, in good faith, will provide you with a value. You understand and acknowledge that any such switching will occur automatically without your additional consent and you agree not to switch yourself or your business, if enrolling as a commercial customer, while you are a Utiliz customer.
