THIS AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) is entered into and is effective as of the signature dates at the end of this Agreement by and between Global Mobile, LLC. and its related corporate entities (collectively “GM”) and the County of Weber, Utah (“Customer”). Under this Agreement, the parties will work together to enable Customer utilization of GM’s TXT2AFFILIATE and TXT2CURE Platform, for the ability to secure affiliation and cure ballots for voters with Customer and then either direct users to Customer’s mobile applications or customized mobile web landing pages.
