(“Customer”), and Zoom Video Communications, Inc. and its Affiliates ("Zoom”) for Customer’s use of the Services (defined below) to which Customer has subscribed as specified in one or more Zoom order form(s) (“Order Form”). Additional terms may also be set forth in the Order Forms or on Exhibits to this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and an Order Form, the conflicting term(s) in the Order Form will not be considered an amendment to the Agreement but the conflicting term(s) in the Order Form will only apply to that individual order.
