Contract Type FiledApril 11th, 2014This Extended Service Plan ( the “ Agreement ” ) is entered into by Acer America Corporation ( “ Acer ” ) and the end user ( the “ Customer ” ) , who is the original purchaser of the Acer Netbook computer hardware ( the “ Equipment ” ) , for which the Customer has ordered this Agreement . Acer shall perform hardware maintenance service only on the Equipment for which this agreement was purchased, for the Customer who originally purchased the Equipment. This Agreement is not assignable to subsequent owners of the Equipment. Upon receipt and acceptance by Acer of this Agreement from the Customer, Acer agrees to service and provide all parts and labor necessary to repair your Acer computer to its proper operating condition consistent with Acer product specifications. Acer has the option to repair or replace parts or the entire unit. Replacements will be provided to the Customer – at Acer’s sole discretion – on an exchange basis only.
