THIS LUMP SUM AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 22nd day of February, 2022 (“Effective Date”), by and between THE CITY OF ELLENSBURG, a non-charter code city of the State of Washington, (hereinafter called the “CITY”) and WALKER|MACY, a Corporation authorized to do business in the state of Washington (hereinafter called the “CONSULTANT”).
