Contract Type FiledAugust 6th, 2021Applicant hereby applies for exhibit space at the Easyriders Rodeo Tour produced by ER71 USA Inc. dba Easyriders Events (“Easyriders Events”). This application shall become an agreement between applicant and Easyriders Events for the use of said space under the following terms and conditions. Easyriders Events will assign exhibit space in accordance with an exhibitor’s stated preference, depending upon its availability. Exhibit fees, per 10 x 10 booth will include: space rental, listing in official show guide, standard pipe and drapery, electricity, floor treatment, vendor camping, and 2 exhibitor wristbands per company. Booth location and wristbands will be given at check-in. All applicants will receive a written confirmation upon receipt of signed application and payment by Easyriders Events.
