("Borrower") do hereby authorize HomEq Servicing ("HomEq") to release any and all information about my account to the third party indicated below. I understand that information released by HomEq may include, but is not limited to, information relating to my loan amount and payment transactions and/or the provision of copies of my loan documents. Under no circumstances will I hold HomEq responsible for any claims, liabilities or damages that may arise as a result of or in connection with HomEq’s provision of information pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
