This Agreement for Design, Installation and Commissioning of Solar/Photovoltaic System (“Agreement” or “Energy Services Agreement” or “ESA”)) is made as of August 10, 2011, (the “Effective Date”) between the Ohlone Community College District (“District”) and Borrego Solar Systems, Inc.
