As a result of the efforts of JOHN DIXON & ASSOCIATES, INC., hereinafter referred to as “Auctioneer,” the undersigned Purchaser agrees to buy, and the undersigned Seller agrees to sell, all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Hamilton County, TN, together with all plants, trees, and shrubbery now on the premises; together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto, collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Property,” identified out of tax parcel 034-76.00, located on Lee Pike, Soddy Daisy, Tennessee and further described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof.
