LP shall pay to ORPC, for the use of ORPC's D.C. supply, the sum of One Thousand Dollar ($ 1,000) per year, payable within thirty 30 days of receipt by Waltham LP of an invoice to that effect from ORPC to be sent on around the 15th day of September each year for the term of the Agreement.
