DiCentral Corporation (“DiCentral”) provides EDI processing services to Clients (“DiWeb”). DiCentral offers DiWeb to Customer primarily via its website www.dicentral.com and its subdomains and related domains. By completing this DiWeb Customer Agreement ("Agreement"), registering to use DiWeb, or using DiWeb, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms in this Agreement. This Agreement is superseded by any current master service agreements executed by both DiCentral and Customer.
