This License Agreement ( “Agreement”) is made effective between the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS), 5410 Grosvenor Lane, Suite 210, Bethesda, MD 20814 (“Licensor”) and Subscribing Institution “Subscriber” and its Authorized Users (“Licensee”).
