These DC General Conditions apply in each case where the Bank agrees to (a) issue or establish a Documentary Credit (as defined below) for the benefit of a third party; and (b) handle or process a Documentary Collection (as defined below) at the request of a customer (the “DC General Conditions”). These DC General Conditions are incorporated into each application for the issue of a Documentary Credit or the handling of a Documentary Collection as described in these DC General Conditions.
