This Subgrant Agreement (Agreement) between the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) and Lucas County Board of County Commissioners (SUBGRANTEE) is created pursuant to the Subgrant awarded by ODJFS to SUBGRANTEE. SUBGRANTEE hereby accepts the Subgrant and agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. SUBGRANTEE further agrees to comply with all state and federal law pertaining to the County Family and Child First Council funding grants.
