This QAA governs the collaboration between AUTO-KABEL and the Supplier for the purposes of satisfying all quality requirements for all processes and products in order to ensure the statutory and contractual requirements are met, particular those relating to safety and type approval ability. ISO 9000:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 are thus normative, direct and applicable components of this QAA in their complete scope and respectively applicable version at the time the agreement is concluded.1 They constitute direct mutual contractual obligations. This also applies, including services, insofar as this QAA makes reference to VDA 6.3 (2016).
