This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is being made by the party seeking to access information (“buyer") regarding a real estate asset known as Colonial Center, 4383 - 4391 Colonial Blvd. in Fort Myers, FL 33966 (“Property”). You are making this Agreement for the benefit of the Property seller, TF Commercial Investments LLC (“Seller”), and Seller’s listing broker (“Broker”). By acknowledging this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are accessing Confidential Information only in connection with a possible purchase transaction involving the Property.
