This Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”), effective as of the last dated signature below (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between the School of Classical and Humanities Studies on behalf of the Democritus University of Thrace (“DUTH”), located at Komotini, GR, and George Mason University (“Mason”), an educational institution and agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, located at 4400 University Drive, Fairfax, Virginia 22030-4444, USA. Mason and DUTH are referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
