THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Louisville Telephone Company, LLC, (“Louisville Telephone”), a Kentucky limited liability company, and shall be deemed effective ten business days following the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”).
