This Resale Agreement is entered into by and between Embarq Missouri, Inc. dba CenturyLink (CenturyLink), an ILEC, and dishNET Wireline L.L.C. (CLEC), in its capacity as a certified provider of local wireline Telecommunications Service. CenturyLink and CLEC are herein referred to collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”. This Agreement covers the resale of Telecommunications Services in the State of Missouri (State) and only in areas which both Parties are certificated.
