This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (“Memorandum”), dated November 2, 2020 between Middlesex-London Health Unit [known as the Lead Organization] and Township of Adelaide Metcalfe [known as the partner] is an official agreement between the two aforementioned entities. This document describes the agreed-upon responsibilities and expectations between Middlesex-London Health Unit (Lead Organization) and Township of Adelaide Metcalfe (Partner) for the distribution of naloxone. The purpose of the partnership is to collaboratively distribute naloxone to clients who are at risk for opioid overdose.
