These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are a binding agreement between you ("End User", "You" or “Your”) and Diane Money, principally located at 65 W. Jackson Blvd, #109, Chicago, Illinois 60604, United States ("Diane Money"). This Agreement governs Your use of the products, services, technologies, features, and functional components offered and provided by Diane Money on, from, and through its website dianemoney.com (the “Website”) and its mobile application called “Diane Money” (the “Application”, and together with the Website the “Services”). The Services are licensed, not sold, to You. The Services are licensed to You for Your use only under and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
