This agreement on software use ("Agreement") executed by and between ESET, spol. s r. o., with domiciled at Einsteinova 24, 851 01 Bratislava, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Bratislava I. Section Sro, Insertion No 3586/B, BIN: 31 333 532 ("Provider") and you, a physical or legal person, ("End User"), entitles you to use the Software defined in Article 1 hereof. The Software defined in Article 1 hereof may be stored on a CD-ROM or DVD, sent via electronic mail, downloaded from the Internet, downloaded from servers of the Provider or obtained from other sources under the terms and conditions mentioned below.
