The Company agrees to indemnify the Insured to an amount not exceeding the limit of liability stated in the Declarations on the necessary Extra Expense incurred by the Insured in order to continue as nearly as practicable the normal conduct of the Insured's business following damage to or destruction occurring during the term of this Policy, of building(s) or additions attached thereto or contents thereof as described in the Declarations by the perils insured against.
