This Disclosure Statement and Agreement (hereafter “Agreement”) is entered into on the day of , 20 , between (hereafter referred to as “Buyer”, regardless of one or more) and Redwood Lending Services, and its successors and assignees (hereafter referred to collectively as “Assignee”). Buyer and Assignee have elected to enter into the Agreement pursuant to the Retail Installment Contract (hereafter referred to as “the Contract”) for the purchase and financing of the above described vehicle (“the Vehicle”). The Agreement, upon execution, is incorporated into and becomes part of the Contract.
