This End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement” ) between ASG Technologies Group, Inc. (“ASG”), a Delaware corporation, with offices at 708 Goodlette Road North, Naples, Florida 34102, and the end user (“Client”) who licensed proprietary software system(s) including programs (the “Licensed Product(s)”) via an authorized ASG partner (“Partner”) shall be effective upon the date of Client’s execution (“Effective Date”) of the licensing transaction document (“Order”) between Partner and Client that references this EULA. This EULA sets forth the terms and conditions under which ASG licenses the Licensed Product(s) specified on the Order. To the extent that this EULA is modified over time, the version of the EULA published at the time of each Order shall govern the Licensed Product(s) thereon.
