This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by Molina Healthcare of California] (“MCP”) and Alta California Regional Center (“Regional Center”), effective as of May 16, 2024 (“Effective Date”). Regional Center, MCP, and MCP’s relevant Subcontractors and/or Downstream Subcontractors are referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
