This Educational Service Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into between American University, a fully accredited private doctoral institution chartered by an Act of Congress in 1893 (hereinafter “AU”) through its School Name (hereinafter “xxx”), an institution of higher education located at 4400 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20016, and the Other Institution Name to collaborate on the development and implementation of a short term training program on Name/description of training, an initiative to support reason for training, through # week/days(s) description of training program for # participants per group to take place in Date(time period). AU and xxx are individually referred to as “Institution”, and collectively referred to as “Institutions.”
