ISO Service Agreement No. 2414, Large Generator Interconnection AgreementFebruary 3rd, 2012
FiledFebruary 3rd, 2012The California Independent System Operator Corporation (“ISO”) submits for filing and acceptance an executed Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (“LGIA”) between the ISO and San Diego Gas & Electric Company (“SDG&E”), the latter as both interconnection customer and participating transmission owner.1 The LGIA concerns SDG&E’s Desert Star Energy Center, formerly known as the Eldorado combined cycle facility. Currently, the Desert Star Energy Center is directly interconnected at the Merchant substation, owned by SDG&E and Nevada Power Company doing business as NV Energy (“NPC”) and is not located within the ISO’s balancing authority area.
