Exhibit 10.1 Second Amended And Restated Employment Agreement The Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of July 11, 2003 (the “Commencement Date”), by and between Camden Property Trust, a Texas real estate investment trust (the “Company”), and Richard J. Campo (the “Executive”).
