This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) is made and entered into this _ of April 2023, hereafter referred to as EFFECTIVE DATE, by and between Chabot-Las Positas Community College District, hereafter referred to as the DISTRICT, and Alameda Contra Costa Transit District, hereafter referred to as PROGRAM SPONSOR, the DISTRICT and PROGRAM SPONSOR are collectively referred to as the PARTIES.
