This Apportunix Contract is based on the Standard Contract template that has been made available by Microsoft to facilitate transactions between Publishers of Offerings (“apps”), like Apportunix, on Azure Marketplace and AppSource Marketplace and customers like you. At the moment, Microsoft does not offer Publishers of Dynamics 365 Business Central Offerings on AppSource the option to use the Standard Contract as the Agreement that governs your use of their Offerings. Instead, Publishers need to use their own contract and conditions.
