FiledNovember 3rd, 2016This Memorandum of Understanding, (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or “MOU”), is entered into by the County of Placer, (hereinafter referred to as the “County”), and the Placer County Deputy Sheriffs’ Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association", the “PCDSA” or the “DSA”), a recognized employee organization. The Agreement has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious labor relations between the County and the Association, establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for resolution of disputes and establishes compensation, hours of work, fringe benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment.
