Gemini Electronic Components Inc. Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter referred to as "Conditions”) shall act as a binding agreement between Gemini Electronic Components Inc. (GEC), a Corporation with its principle place of business located at 420 Columbus Avenue, Valhalla, New York 10595 and the Receiver (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") of these Conditions. For the consideration stated herein, GEC and the Seller may be referred to herein collectively as "Party" and/or as "Parties."
