This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and between Plaintiffs Adama Jammeh, Oumie Sallah, and Cynthia Quintero (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), for themselves and the Settlement Class Members (as defined below), and Defendants HNN Associates, LLC, Gateway, LLC, Columbia Debt Recovery, LLC d/b/a Genesis Credit Management, LLC, and William Wojdak (collectively, “Defendants”). Plaintiffs and Defendants are referred to collectively in this Settlement Agreement as the “Parties.”
