ACCEPTANCE: By requesting Heavy Iron’s services and equipment hereunder, including without limitation, this rental agreement, a purchase order, agreement, proposal or similar document (hereinafter collectively the “Agreement”), the customer or Lessee accepts and agrees to be bound by Heavy Iron’s General Terms and Conditions attached hereto and the Agreement incorporates by reference the General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions form part of the Agreement and Heavy Iron’s services and equipment under the Agreement will be subject to and provided to the Lessee in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
