This agreement made and entered into on September 1, 2013, between Simpson Tacoma Kraft Company, LLC (Tacoma, Washington), hereinafter referred to as the “Signatory Company”, and the United Steel, Paper & Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial & Service Workers International Union (USW), for itself and on behalf of its Locals #12 237 & #12 – 586, hereinafter referred to as “Signatory Union” for the purpose of collective bargaining.
