This Joint Stipulation of Settlement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Jeremy Rossmeisl and Guy Lauture (collectively, the “Named Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the class of individuals that they seek to represent (collectively with Named Plaintiffs, “Plaintiffs”), and Defendant A.C.
