The Parties to this CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT are interested in establishing and building up a business relationship. They are currently evaluating the possibilities of such a relationship. In the course of the evaluation, the Parties might disclose to each other confidential information. So as to protect such information, as well as any information that the Parties might exchange in the course of their business relationship, the Parties agree as follows:
