The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the VSP Visionaries website ("Website"), including without limitation participation in its bulletin boards, forums, chats, and all other areas (except to the extent stated otherwise on a specific page) as provided by Alida Inc. ("Service Provider"), on behalf of Vision Service Plan ("VSP") (Service Provider and VSP together, referred to herein as “we,” “us” or “our”) .
