This Membership Agreement (the ”Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the day of , 2019, by and between Utah OSR Land Cooperative, a Utah Agricultural Cooperative (hereinafter referred to as the “Cooperative”) and the undersigned member (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”). The Cooperative and the Member hereby agree as follows:
