Resident is initially assigned to the bedroom space and Unit identified above (see floor plans available in the management office or at republic-lubbock.com for designation of bedroom spaces); if the space is not immediately identified or assigned, or if it is identified as “to be assigned,” “TBD” or “TBA,” this Housing Agreement is binding and Owner will assign a Unit and bedroom matching the identified unit type prior to move-in.
