The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, a public university and member institution of The University of Texas System (“UTRGV”), and South Texas Independent School District, a local government entity (“South Texas ISD”), enter into the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) effective January 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”) through August 31, 2025. UTRGV and South Texas ISD are referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
