The area subject to this agreement is described in Clause 1 as “Agreement Area” and means the area described in Schedule 1, as shown on the maps in Schedule 1. Schedule 1 further describes the “Agreement Area” by reference to specific Lots on Plan or part lots on Plan. Part Lots are further described by reference to survey plans or coordinate points. The Agreement also provides for surrender and is described in clause 1 as “Surrender Area” and means the area comprising the parcels of land described in Schedule 2.
