THIS AMENDMENT (hereinafter “Amendment”) is made by and between the City of Columbia, Missouri (hereinafter “City”), a municipal corporation and Carollo Engineers, Inc. (hereinafter “Engineer”), a corporation organized in the State of Delaware and with authority to transact business within the state of Missouri, both parties to the Professional Engineering Services Agreement dated November 19, 2015 (hereinafter “Original Agreement”), and is entered into on the date of the last signatory below (hereinafter “Effective Date”). City and Engineer are each individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
