This Agreement sets out the basis upon which the Licensor licences the Grower to use the Zaiger Plant Selections/varieties for the cultivation of stone fruit. Such use is subject to the Grower's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement as a whole. This Agreement replaces all other agreements relating to the Zaiger Plant Selections/varieties between the Licensor and the Grower.
