The H&R Block Emerald Advance® line of credit ("Emerald Advance") is an open-end line of credit provided by H&R Block Bank (the "Bank"), Member FDIC, to customers with an H&R Block Emerald Prepaid MasterCard® (an "Emerald Card") and related card account (a "Card Account"). Your most recent application and these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Agreement") constitute the agreement that governs your Emerald Advance.
