AGREEMENT BETWEENSidebar Agreement • October 30th, 2017
Memorandum of Agreement made this 1st day of _July 2016 by and between the negotiating teams from the Ocean County Vocational Board of Education and the Ocean County Vocational Technical Education Association, having met and duly negotiated in good faith, have reached tentative agreement on the items; including attached salary guides, outlined in this memorandum for inclusion in the successor agreement to the contract that expires on June 30, 2016. The bolded items represent any changes that we have agreed to as changes to the contract that is currently in effect. The agreement is not binding to either party until we have ratification by the Board of Education of the Ocean County Vocational Technical School and the Ocean County Vocational Technical Education Association.
